Phil Thomas

Phil Thomas seeks to motivate, equip and enable local churches to reach out to International Students in Leeds with God’s love.  This means helping and working with local Christians to offer International Students;  unconditional friendship, sharing the good news of Jesus in culturally relevant ways, supporting those who become/are Christians to follow Jesus, and preparing International Students to return home to serve Christ. 

Phil works in partnership with local churches providing cross cultural training on all aspects of mission to International Students.  He can also provide planning and advice for churches on their strategy of reaching international students as well as providing links and opportunities for Christians to meet & share faith with International Students. 

Phil is part of the Friends International network which gives him access to experience and resources of many International Student Workers across the UK.
